Woodford Reserve signups are ongoing. We had many people signup, but still have bottles available for both Regular and Double Oaked. Please make sure to signup now, the signups will close Feb 14th. 

Woodford did reach out to us. Unfortunately, the earliest days to signup for a pick are in May. Those dates will be available in February. We will let you know once those are known to offer a chance to signup for the picking experience. 

Although Woodford will not be available until later in the year, our members have been active looking for other opportunities. One of our members was kind enough to present a possibility to select and 8 year old barrel from Hotel Tango. Hotel Tango is an Indianapolis based distillery which was established in 2002. Although relatively new, they are willing to let us select some of their oldest barrels they have available. Read more about the distillery here. It is not every day that 8 year old barrels are available up for selection, as with the demand most distilleries are migrating to selling younger whiskey. This is a really exciting opportunity, and hopefully we have enough demand to make this happen. Please make sure to sign up for bottles by clicking below!

Why are we signing up for bottles before they're here? 

 Signing up for bottles now helps us determine the demand and whether the group is interested! Signing up early ensures the demand is there for the bourbon, so the people who pay for the bottles are not stuck with leftover bottles of bourbon the members don't want. 

What happens if I don't sign up but want bottles later, when they arrive? 

Depending on the results of signups, some bottles might be left unclaimed. If that's the case, there will be follow up emails asking for  additional signups. If all bottles are claimed and spoken for, you will have to contact a member who is willing to give up his allocation. Don't delay, SIGN UP NOW!

Do I pay now? 

No. Bottle distribution will happen as before. You can arrange for bottle pickup when the bottles are available. That's also when the payment is due. 

When will the barrel be picked? 

We will start arranging the pick as soon as we have a strong enough demand signal. No arrangements have been made yet, but we are hoping to pick this quickly so the bottles are available before the Woodford Reserve pick date. 

Can I participate in the pick? 

YES! When the pick date and time is arranged, newsletter email will be sent out to ask for participants signups for the pick event. Signup for the pick if you would like to go! All members are encouraged to participate, as it's always fun and unique experience. However, the number of people allowed to attend is often limited by the distillery. If more people signed up exceed the limit, names will be drawn at random.

When will the signups close? 

We would like to go pick this up as soon as we can. Don't delay, signup now. The sooner we have the bottles claimed by the members the sooner we can start arranging the pick date and moving forward with this. Additional email will be sent prior to form closing (~3 weeks) but don't wait to sign up for bottles!
